Welcome to T.E.R.I.

Our mission is to save abused and neglected horses and other equines in the northeastern (Triveneto) region of Italy. In Italy, unwanted horses are sold to butchers, who kill and process them as food. (In Italy, horse flesh is considered a delicacy!) We believe these noble animals deserve better, that is why we rescue and rehabilitate ANY abused animal we become aware of.

TERI's partner facility in Italy is Zedan Ranch, located in the village of Montereale Valcellina (PN) in the Friuli-Venezia-Giulia region of Northeast Italy.
